MORGAN RUSHWORTH XL 3015.3000 FIBRE LASER CUTTING MACHINE
The Morgan Rushworth XL range of fibre lasers are equipped with a 3m x 1.5m cutting area with automatic shuttle table with dual pallet changer, enabling parts to be safely loaded and unloaded whilst the machine is still cutting. Class leading components ensure superior cut quality, high reliability and reduced down time.
The range covers from 1.5kw up to 6kw with the Fuji motors and drives for the X & Y axis and a rigid gantry and frame structure, resulting in fast acceleration, fast positioning speeds and fast cutting times. The control is by Cypcut and includes software for drawing parts or importing DXF files.
MORGAN RUSHWORTH PBXS CNC HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKES
The Morgan Rushworth PBXS CNC press brakes are fitted with the ESA VIS-875W CNC control featuring a 21” touch screen and both numerical and 2D graphical program entry. These models feature 4-axis CNC control of the left and right ram cylinders, the back gauge depth and back gauge height. The model has a 60 tonne capacity with bending lengths from 1250mm up to 8100mm in the standard design. A comprehensive range of options are available to fully tailor the machine to requirements.
MORGAN RUSHWORTH HSGS 2600/6 NC HYDRAULIC SWING BEAM GUILLOTINE
The HSGS range of hydraulic swing beam guillotines are equipped with a high visibility front guard design consisting of a fixed guard with windows. All machines are fitted with stainless steel quality cutting blades as standard, giving flexibility to cut a range of materials without detriment to blade life.
The user friendly Cybelec Cybtouch 8 NC controller ensures accurate cutting with precision back gauge setting and the facility to store complete cutting lists including length and quantity. For longer lengths an automatic swing away backgauge is standard.
